M&L attorneys win class action certification in The United States District Court, Southern District of Florida against a corporation in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act.
February 2009

M&L attorneys confidentially settled class action lawsuit against large public company retailer resulting from alleged violations of the Federal Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
December 2008
M&L attorneys confidentially settled case involving a real estate developer who delivered yacht club residential development without a promised marina and without luxury amenities resulting in a favorable monetary recovery for 15 purchasers of preconstruction condominium units.
November 2008
M&L attorneys settled a case involving 49 unit owners and over $5 million in preconstruction deposits. M&L attorneys filed a class action type suit in the Southern District of Florida against a well-known developer alleging violations of Federal Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, numerous breaches of contract, and a violation of the Florida Condominium Act. Shortly before a decision was to be rendered by the Court on M&L’s motion for summary judgment, M&L attorneys procured a favorable settlement of the matter for its clients on confidential payment terms.

April 2008
