Prior to joining Militzok & Levy, P.A., Ely R. Levy was an attorney at King & Spalding, LLP, a prestigious international law firm. At King & Spalding, Mr. Levy represented Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, UPS, Sprint-Nextel, Caremark RX, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and other household names in a wide variety of legal matters. While at King & Spalding, Mr. Levy's work was cited in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The New York Law Journal, The Daily Deal, The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel.

Mr. Levy represents individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation with an emphasis on disputes arising out of contracts, business transactions, real estate developments, partnerships and joint ventures, condominiums, foreclosures, interstate land sales and business torts. In addition, Mr. Levy has experience in a wide variety of business transactions and in drafting and negotiating business-related agreements.

Currently, Mr. Levy represents hundreds of investors and purchasers seeking to cancel new construction contracts and have their deposits returned to them. Relying on the Federal Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, the Florida Condominium Act and other applicable statutes, Mr. Levy has successfully litigated and setted matters resulting in the recovery of millions of dollars of preconstruction deposits for the Firm's clients. Mr. Levy has been interviewed by The New York Times, CNBC, The Miami Herald, The Daily Business Review, The Sun-Sentinel and several articles have been published about the legal actions being pursued by Mr. Levy for the return of pre-construction real estate deposits.
