Mr. Levy represents individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and insurance litigation with an emphasis on disputes arising out of contracts, first party insurance claims, business transactions, real estate developments, partnerships and joint ventures, condominiums and business torts. Mr. Levy has been successful in litigating commercial and residential property insurance coverage disputes resulting in hundreds of payments made to Florida homeowners and businesses by insurance carriers who initially wrongfully deny property damage claims. Mr. Levy has also represented hundreds of consumers in several mass-joinder class-action type cases relating to deceptive trade practices, contractual breaches and statutory violations arising out of preconstruction land sales. In addition, Mr. Levy has experience in a wide variety of business transactions and in drafting and negotiating business and real estate-related agreements.

Mr. Levy has been interviewed by the New York Times, CNBC, The Sun Sentinel, The Daily Business Review and The South Florida Business Journal, and several news articles have been published in local and national news publications discussing the legal actions pursued by Mr. Levy on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining Militzok & Levy, P.A., Mr. Levy was an attorney at King & Spalding LLP, a prestigious international law firm. At King & Spalding, LLP, Mr. Levy represented Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, UPS, Sprint-Nextel, Caremark RX, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and other household names in a wide variety of legal matters. While at King & Spalding, Mr. Levy’s work was cited in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The New York Law Journal, The Daily Deal, The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel.
